Willie J. Laws is known as the last prophet of the Funky Texas Blues and every year his show sell out far in advance at Skål. This isn't strictly Blues--much of it is original music with a modern funky style that's uniquely Willie's--deep Texas roots music with some funk, jazz, and groove added in.
